Because you are not a good Leo. It's been driving me nuts why things didn't feel right. Why nothing I did was clicking, why nothing in my brain could settle in regards to Leo. You never convinced me you were the real deal, that's why I couldn't settle.
The only reason I didn't figure it out sooner is because it's an absolutely insane thing to assume. Demon possession was a joke, a way to make light of upsetting behavior and I was trying to be emotionally available, be a good brother, not rely on humor and try to deal with the problem head on.
The moment I considered it a genuine possibility, I had clocked it was you within fifteen minutes.
You're not a good fake, the situation is just bonkers.
Oh, you'll be seeing me before if you're not careful. I am rather sure Leo would forgive any maiming at this point and I am full of quite a lot of spite now, so holding back will not be happening twice.
And Leo doesn't know all the ways I have to track his body. Redundancies are important for any security system. :)
