It got me good in the shin with that tail strike, but I think — oh no, really? [ There's a rumbling (if still distinctly dizzy-sounding) growl from the beast. It gets its paws up under itself, pushing up. ]
[ Adjusts her grip on the blade, giving it a twirl. ]
… But I don't think it's gonna cause a problem. Unlike this guy.
[ She lets it lunge for her. Barely bothers dodging. It's a well-timed sidestep and a pivot, her blade flashing out, and when the beast falls again it's with a cut throat. Eugh. She hops back a few feet with a shudder, that's a lot of blood. ]
