He's missed seeing Mikey's face a lot, so double relief, actually. Simpler, dumber times doing (apart from the deadly dangers) actual teen stuff. Bless. ]
I'm not gonna tell you how to do your brain stuff, Leo, but I feel like anything that ends with free pizza should get a wall of champions pass.
[ Raph pats the wall a couple of times. He doesn't know if brotherly pats are getting through to wherever Leo is. Or brotherly words. Probably not. But it's the principle. After all, right now he is the Mind Raph.
[The lights on the wall of cheaters is harsh, cold. Uncaring. And the frames are all completely blacked out with black marker, with only the barest colors of muted tones visible around the edges.]
[ Raph tries not to be a mind burglar and he just keeps stealing insights anyway. Almost as though that is what happens when you stumble around in someone's actual head looking for a demon guy to eliminate.
The tone of Leo's voice alone is enough to make his heart clench. It's cool how the context also does that. Lose-lose. ]
We're due for a talk about this stuff, buddy. [ The martyrdom? Yes. The scribbled out frames? Yes if he can figure out how to phrase mind symbolism... abstract... pizzeria walls... in a way that even makes sense. They were due anyway. Leo got to this dumb snake god place before they could talk about the invasion stuff, either. ] It's not gonna be as ominous as that sounded. Promise.
[ He pats the cheater wall a couple of times too, for good measure. And then he's probably got a little time to kill before that Maze Incident pops off, so he heads back over to the main area.
Is it possible to poke his head into the manager's office? Because he's kinda like, what's up with that. ]
[The door to the manager's office opens with a small gust of air and the scene beyond the threshold is of the Hidden City, with its open stalls and market going as far as Raph can see.]
The smaller Raphs contained within Raph are having a town hall about the eight billion different things he wants to keep in mind and do or not do or worry about and what's the right thing and what's a bad idea, etc. etc. etc.
He is, as ever, of many stressed-out minds.
So he decides to just be of no mind instead and steps through the door to check out the nearby stalls. The "I would simply instinctively hit the first giant red button I saw" approach. ]

Gonna turn to the wall of cheaters after that. ]

Re: 1st - RIGHT
Leo's voice frantic. Scared and terrified, "Sorry, dad. It was me who made everyone keep the secret from you. Flush me and let my family go."]
