I haven't decided if he was influenced or dumb. Either are possible.

But Belos couldn't pretend to be me. Leo would clock me acting off within a day.

You don’t know that. He’s incredibly manipulative. And if he has access to your memories, he can fake that too.

If I can have an inkling something was wrong with Leo, Leo will know right away.

Belos is incapable of making someone feel safe.

And if nothing else, Leo knows to chirp. He will not have a fun time trying to read my memories in regards to communication.
