PRIMETIME HEART DOKIDOKI ROUTE 3

Content warnings: Themes of isolation, generational trauma and emotional neglect, death and self sacrifice, forcible mind control, and some body horror.

Powers are set at a 5/10, will have some caveats when necessary. No items.

Rules:
- Characters have one of four options per screen.
- Characters choosing "Explore" can move freely in the area and look for items
- Any combat will be move by move RNG
- When a character 'saves' their game, they can restart/reload into the last area they saved.

More Kraang bullshit?

[ ATTEMPTS to examine the pink figures without getting too close or touching them ]

[The great thing about the mindscape is there's no horrific burning-plastic smell at least.

But it is definitely more krang bullshit.]

[ EYES THEM.

EYES!! THEM!!!

... But she leaves them alone for now, looking at all of the other figurines instead. ]

[Of the others, Korone will definitely recognize the Hamato family, Splinter, and April. There's a taller boy in mismatched armor and long hair with a hockey mask - really everyone from that panoramic photo on the CHAMPION wall.

One shelf below that is a different set of figures, some of them still being sculpted while others are finished. She'll recognize probably most of SNAIL being newly finished, her own with the paint still in progress, a few other random people from other teams in various states of completion. And then Leo next to Hunter, Hunter with a little blush painted on and a pink heart painted on his chest.]

Cute ...

But, you know, Leo-kun, you and Hunter-kun can be together with your family.

[ ... ok but what if she tries to nudge those kraang blobs onto the floor with the blade of the katana. ]

[She can.

They'll slowly plop down onto the floor, their fire going with it. Still burning though. Now there's pink goop burning on the shelf they originally were on and the floor.]

Gross.

[ She's keeping an eye on it to make sure the burning remains Contained, but she's ALSO gonna try to very

vvvvery carefully scrape and shave the lingering goop off as well ]

[It's not hard. You've got this, Korone.]

[ GOOD ]

[ looks again at the kraang figures

looooooooks at the sword ]

[ kraang. sword. kraang. sword. ]

Leo-kun, if you can hear me ... I'm trying to decide whether we should Special these ugly blobs like we did with those tentacles. [ god does she ever WANT to, but she's worried. nervous. what if it's the wrong call, what if she accidentally hurts someone she cares about. what if!! ]

Any indication of how you feel about that would be great. Please. If you can.

[Only silence. No response.]

[ this is why she HATES HEART GAMES ]

[ takes a moment to pace

[ okay. okay. she kinda wants to, but. instead, she looks around. is there any paper? ]

[There sure is. There are some boxes set aside of papers, paints, and brushes.]

[ okay, cool, if there's any yellow paper she'll use it to create a SAFETY FENCE around the blobs. if not...

she'll still make a safety fence.

and then she makes a sign,

"leo-kun,
i don't if these guys were supposed to be on fire?? i can't blame you if yes, the kraang suck, but please be careful."

that done(????? IS SHE DONE SHE'S SO UNSURE) she stands and takes another look around. gives her own figurine the most gentle of pokes. ]

[It looks like crime scene tape. Is a phantom thief coming to steal them?

But Korone's action figure looks about half finished. The sculpt is nice at least, and a few parts of it are painted, while the majority portion of it is unfinished.]

[ Kid is allowed to steal these guys. Fuck him but fuck the Kraang EVEN MORE. ]

I'm looking forward to getting to know you better, Leo-kun.

[ She's not gonna mess with that. She will, on the other hand, snoop through the DVDs. ]

[The dvd in her hand reads: December 20xx HFA. After she picks it, the disc disappears and the projector starts with a loud click.

[The screen goes dark as the clip begins to play. Korone feels a wash of joy, excitement. Pure unrestrained winter fun and freedom.]

You guys are cute when you're having a good time.

[ But, okay. She's gonna make sure she leaves these DVDs are exactly where they should be, and then be nosy around the sleeping area, looking to see if there anything on, in, or under the bed. ]

[Right? Like actual teenagers. Who knew.

But under the bed are boxes of art supplies - mostly paints and brushes with a few markers and pens. And buried in the sheets of the bed is a cell phone.]

[ Grabbing that, ok ok thank you very much, and immediately she tries to unlock it ]

[Thankfully there's nothing to unlock. Not to get into the phone anyway.

But there are two apps: one that looks like a chat icon, and one whose icon looks like a vault door.]

Nice! Now let's see ... vault ... that's probably gonna need a password, huh?

[ taps that icon ]

[It pulls up an app that has a vault graphic on it, and four blank character inputs.]

Knew it! Hmmmm ... I think I have an idea, but maybe I should keep looking first.

[ switches over to the chat app ]
