PRIMETIME HEART DOKIDOKI ROUTE 3

Content warnings: Themes of isolation, generational trauma and emotional neglect, death and self sacrifice, forcible mind control, and some body horror.

Powers are set at a 5/10, will have some caveats when necessary. No items.

Rules:
- Characters have one of four options per screen.
- Characters choosing "Explore" can move freely in the area and look for items
- Any combat will be move by move RNG
- When a character 'saves' their game, they can restart/reload into the last area they saved.

[COOL. NEAT. he does know how to use weapons, at least.

anyway, what's up with that ripped picture?]

[The ripped picture on the floor is sitting amidst a pile of broken glass and pieces of a broken flame. The image itself is marked out with heavy black marker that someone tried to rub off but no luck. What can be seen around the edges is deep, vibrant red.]

[picking part of the picture up? seems questionable at best.]

[While he can't see 98% of the picture, there's the sound of liquid rushing in an enclosed space, and he can see the bits of dark, deep red in the edges. Leo struggling to breathe with three others. Gojo will feel a wave of emotion from it, starting at his fingertips and crackling up his arm, a sensation of fear, desperation, struggle I don't wanna die I don'T WANNA DIE-]

[awkward because that was one of the games where Gojo first registered Leo as like. Teammate That's Staying.]

... ripping it up's not gonna fix anything, buddy.

[so, y'know what. he's gonna pick up both sides of the pictures and pocket them. and then casually step over the glass to inspect these blotted out pictures more. anything happen if he touches some?]

[As soon as he touches it - a video similar to the the other photo plays, but not visible with the marker. The voices sound distant, far away and muffled but it's clearly Leo yelling for "Mikey" and "Don", voice bouncing off the enclosed concrete walls. And then a crash of rubble. But there's another wash of feeling, fear. concern, worry. Compartmentalizing. Focus. Everything hurts. Calm down. Find everyone. But what if they're dead.]

Seriously, blocking them out's only gonna make 'em fester and worsen.

[let's try grays and blues.]

[The same kind of playback before- There's the sound of Leo's portal closing.

"SHELLDON!" And then an electric whirring sound. "I need you to protect Gram-Gram."

A robotic surfer sounding voice that is likely the named SHELLDON comes out quick, confident. "Got it."

And then the audio glitches for half a second before the sound of a roaring fire. Plan plan plan, figure something out, he's out there and have to kee him away from Gram-Gram, we have to keep her safe-]

[oh. hm...

reds and magentas.]

[There's the sound of a lot of bodies fighting, metal clanging as weapons clash. Larger thumps as something large moves and thrashes. A younger voice cries out, "Sensei, we need to get that key!"

And then a muffled silence, like the world is very distant. And then air rushing past, the edges of the frame moving very quickly as whatever is happening, someone is running. There's an otherworldly sound as something powers down, and then something thick and heavy breaking.

And Leo's voice, small and scared. "Raph?" Before Raph only coughs, and Leo starts crying out, "Wait, Raph - No, RAPH, NO!"]

... tch.

[no chance the black will come off from just small rubs, huh.]

[Like someone left cast iron soaking in water to rust.]

Right. So something to clean those up... tape this one back together...

[sighs. when will people learn...]

You gotta be a little crazy to survive. Letting these things affect you and hiding them away... that's not benefitting you or anyone.

[but he's gonna take the Snail one with him FOR NOW. anything else to poke around here? how's the hall of winners--

pulls up window to hit save and see if he can't go back to the manager's office.]
