That weird temple wasn't good, but it wasn't the worst. Not by far now that he's back in this dimension. He floats a bit aimlessly, body broken, shell cracked and falling apart, some bones and insides shattered. His head aches in a way that he can't think.

All he can really do is hope Prime doesn't find him immediately right now. The light off his ring catches his eye and he looks at it, not fully registering that it's lit up.

[Munches on a chunk of the meat in the eyetalian soup. Not even fazed a little.]

[ Dell laughs gently. ]

"You look like you should rest first. That's your first priority here. Hunter and I will take care of the rest."

[ Dell sort of tilts his head. ]

"Do you always feel like you have to earn your place in the world, Leo?"

He looks a little off guard by that before looking back down at his bowl.]

"That's admirable, of course. I'll enlist your help with chores once you're feeling better."

Cool. Just- Long as I can help.

[pyrighteous]

"Hunter needed time at first too, you know. To rest and recuperate. Give yourself at least a week."

...Just to be sure, are we talking a week like a human week or is that different here?

[ Dell laughs. ]

"It's the same thing. Just seven days."

Okay- Have to check. That temple place messed up how time works, taking some getting used to.

[ The smile deepens into concern. ]

"It seems that place did a number of things to the both of you."

[neonleon]

[Leo trails his fingertip around the side of the bowl idly now, just something for his hand to do. It still feels weird not able to... feel the bowl with this hand.]

[pyrighteous]

[ Hunter reaches out to take his other hand. ]

We - we did. It's okay, Leo. We're safe now.

[He squeezes that hand gently, watching Hunter's face]

We are. We saved each other until the end, so.. Now we can just rest and chill.

[pyrighteous]

[ Hunter leans his head against Leo's shoulder. ]

[Leo shifts looking at Hunter, then rests his cheek against Hunter's hwad.]

Long as you need to. [Don't put yourself out for me.]

[He smiles a little more at that.]

Yeah, we got real good at that.

[Dell just... keeps smiling at them. He's so glad.]
