That weird temple wasn't good, but it wasn't the worst. Not by far now that he's back in this dimension. He floats a bit aimlessly, body broken, shell cracked and falling apart, some bones and insides shattered. His head aches in a way that he can't think.

All he can really do is hope Prime doesn't find him immediately right now. The light off his ring catches his eye and he looks at it, not fully registering that it's lit up.

[ Hunter nods and moves to wash the splash of goop off his legs once Leo's done. ]

[Leo's eyes never leave Hunter, even when Lucky jumps from Hunter to Leo's shoulder to perch again.]

...Think there might be anything useful that you'd want?

[ He seems fine this time; his clothing protected him from the acidic effect of the slurry. ]

[ He looks around at the diagrams on the wall, the books in the shelves. ]

We should probably take pictures though. And the books.

All right. Yeah, we'll do that. Grab whatever pictures you want.

[Leo is already telekinesis grabbing the books he can see into their own pile.]

We'll get this all up to Dell's and can come back to finish everything else. [There's the real danger of this place falling apart after a fixture for so long suddenly being gone.]

[ Hunter goes around to all the diagrams, then, taking pictures with his scroll. ]

Yeah. Now that this ... thing is dead, my siblings should be safe.

[ He gathers up some of the books as he talks. ]

[While Hunter gathers the books up, Leo keeps piling them in that area.]

How many of these do you want? Or all of 'em?

Uh - all of them? If we can carry them safely.

Then we'll get all of them. I'll keep moving them your way.

[And he does, stacking them in Hunter's area so they can go from there.] Wish I could still make portals, that'd make this even easier.

[Oh. Maybe he should've said something sooner. He thought Hunter noticed.]

[He takes a breath, keeps moving books one telekinetic push at a time.]

My portals are part of our ninpo, and cut off from family, there's no ninpo so...

[ Oh. Of course. It makes sense, but... Hunter's heart aches. ]

Did you feel it at Camila's house at all?

No, but I wasn't really paying attention.

[Books books... He doesn't wanna make this about him right now, he can sort out his issues later.]

I bet we could put these on something to drag out of here back up together.

[ He scurries off to go fetch the duffle bag. ]

[Leo watches him. Slowly lets out a sigh and looks back at everything in the room before starting to stack all the books neatly by the door.]
