That weird temple wasn't good, but it wasn't the worst. Not by far now that he's back in this dimension. He floats a bit aimlessly, body broken, shell cracked and falling apart, some bones and insides shattered. His head aches in a way that he can't think.

All he can really do is hope Prime doesn't find him immediately right now. The light off his ring catches his eye and he looks at it, not fully registering that it's lit up.

[Adorable. Leo keeps his arm around Hunter's shoulders to help ease him a bit.]

Yep, that's a train station. C'mon, let's get our bags. [He's already getting to his feet, ready to get his.]

It's ... really big ...

[ Sir this is Connecticut. Anyway, he grabs his backpack and duffel bag and shuffles off the bus. ]

Yeah. I guess it's probably one of the train hubs since it's going to New York and probably DC. [He shuffles after, making sure Lucky is tucked safely against him and balancing his own bag over his shoulder.]

Now we just gotta... find the right train. Whatever the ticket says.

Right - uh -

[ Hunter fumbles with his pocket to pull out the paper tickets. ]

I think that one? Does that match?

Hm? [Leo leans in to look closer at it, then at the different terminals and trains.

He nods, already starting to nudge Hunter that direction.]

Yep, that's the one! Looks like we've got a few minutes to get on and get our stuff sorted.

R-right. It ... it'll be fine.

[ He's wildly intimidated by the buildings and machinery hre. ]

Promise, it's fine. Once we're on, you won't even think about it.

[It's not even a long wait really, just everyone getting their tickets checked and boarded. But the train is long and at least looks comfortable! Better than the bus.]

So four hours, huh? You brought some of those Cosmic Frontier books?

[ Oh yeah, this is a much better seat. Hunter gravitates towards a window where he can look out. ]

Of course I did. Camilla got me the latest one! It just came out.

[Leo smiles at that, following and taking the seat next to him trying to get a look himself.]

Oh, she always knows what to look for huh? Good on her. I think we could easily finish that by the time we get there.

[ It's one of those NEW GENERATION books - very sleek with its modern art. ]

I dunno ... it looks pretty thick.

And I know you're a pretty fast reader. If we don't finish, we'll make a big dent.

Okay, okay. Then I'll read it while we're on the way.

[ IF he can focus. After a while he is gonna be soooo distracted. ]

[That world outside the window is gonna get so interesting.]

Lit, bags up and then let's get it. [Leo is already getting his bag overhead and reaching for Hunter's once he's done.]

[ He retrieves the book before holding out his duffel bag. ]

[Grabbing Hunter's and settling it up next to his own, secure and safe. Good.

Once that's done, he takes a seat.]

I've only ridden on a subway short distances across town, so I dunno how a four hour train ride is gonna go.

... What could happen?

No idea. Be bumpy, probably?

We’re in a giant screaming metal tube! I feel like a lot of things could go wrong!!

These things run all around the world without any issue. Don't worry, it's going to be just fine.

I promise that trust is not misplaced. [He leans in to kiss Hunter's cheek as they settle down with their book and a few other things from their bags and into their seats. Soon enough, the train fills up with everyone else boarding and it shifts as they get ready to move.]

We'll be there before you know it.
