In an alternate timeline, Pari has installed a philosopher's stone in fact; there's a strange, crawling flicker as those timelines reemerge, and the crystal and ninpo they placed inside of him intertwines itself with Pari's work. Small streaks of violet and blue pulse gently at the spot where a heart would be under normal circumstances.

Slowly, carefully, Hunter sits up. Exhausted, still, but ... breathing. Recovering. He looks over at the two turtles. ]

[He's still hugging Hunter as tight as he feels comfortable doing but he is MAKING A FACE AT HIS BROTHER.]

Excuse you, I am WAY better than any 'stand-in' for a HUG. The only one who gives better hugs than me is Raph and that's only because he's like. Three times our size.

The spider shell is a variation of my battleshell that has multiple arms for utility and sometimes combat uses. Like the jet pack is a variation. The spider shell is also good for affectionate gestures when I'm....not. [Good for it.]

Actually, it depends what kind of hug someone is looking for. You, Raph, and Mikey all have different hug styles that have vastly different affects. Who is best depends on what a person is looking for.

[he had silently decided to not pick a fight too much with Leo for the next few days.]

For example, when you are doing full body hugs, it is very present all over without the weighted blanket feel of Raph so it comes across as overwhelmingly affectionate than comforting and I needed a stand in for affectionate with Hunter.
