[Because the crystal isn't, it can only hold so much energy, but its like an epipen. Keep the person alive until they can get to someone who can really treat them.]

[Donnie has to swallow hard, putting his own hand over Leo's, to give the Ninpo focus.]

[Enhance the construct, Hunter is technically just parts switched together, like things he's enhanced before. Directing the energy to holds those parts together, increase durability, energy, keep the shell together.]

[ Hunter slumps forward as the brothers work, having lost even the energy to speak at this point. Whatever light was in him is fading fast.

So it's very fortunate they have that crystal ready. With the Ninpo flowing through it, and the part enhancement ... slowly his chest begins to heal over. It's not perfect - the comparison to an epipen is VERY apt - but that flicker of life stabilizes in him. He takes in a longer, gasping breath as the hole smooths over. ]

[He's having to focus a lot harder though, the surface level of his ninpo already drained - from Belos trying to suck it up before and then using it in that mind scape. What's left he has is having to be dredged up from his own reserves. But he keeps at it, watching that whole start to heal.]

We're. We're going to need a portal to Mouse, L-Leo. Crystal can only hold so much.

[His voice is tight, hand shaking, still directing the Ninpo and adding what he can after all that. His eyes scanning over Hunter, looking at his form to see if everything looks like it'll stay together.

[ The hole is sealed over now, and Hunter seems ... well enough to walk, at least. The more Ninpo Donatello shoves in, the more wakeful he becomes.

He's holding together for now. Some kind of stable for the moment. ]

Portal sounds - sounds good. Yeah. Sorry, I'm ... I'm so tired.

[Keeping one hand on Hunter and the other is grabbing his sword to portal them to Mouse, the blue lighting up underneath them.]

[As soon as Leo reaches for the sword-]

Outside the house. There's a ward around it.

[He is going to pull Hunter up into his arms, no reason to make him walk until they can get him inside.]

[ Good call. Hunter slumps against Donnie as soon as he's no longer required to walk. He clings to Donnie's neck gently instead. ]

[ Yeah, Hunter fumbles the door open for them. Trying to blink through his own exhaustion. ]

M. Main room. Just ... put me on a couch.

[Well Don's got that on lock, so Leo will just? Follow for now, keeping an eye on Hunter and sending ninpo through as needed.]

[Going to go deposit Hunter and Pari gets alerted, timey wimey handwavey nonsense.]

[Hover near Leo while That Gets Sorted, sometimes you need to vibe near a brother for stress relief.]

[ YEP. In an alternate timeline, Pari has installed a philosopher's stone in fact; there's a strange, crawling flicker as those timelines reemerge, and the crystal and ninpo they placed inside of him intertwines itself with Pari's work. Small streaks of violet and blue pulse gently at the spot where a heart would be under normal circumstances.

Slowly, carefully, Hunter sits up. Exhausted, still, but ... breathing. Recovering. He looks over at the two turtles. ]

Leo? Donnie?

Leo's been chillin but perks up when Hunter does.]

Hey! ... You're looking uuhh... Less full of holes.

[It kind of makes his arms ache in a weird way, rolling his wrists. Was it a magic thing?]

[Whatever that was, its on the backburner when Hunter calls out to them.]

Hunter! [He moves over to him.] How are you faring?

[ But he manages a weak smile. ]

But also less full of holes.

[Genuine relief there. Just... Watching.]

I really hope we never have to do anything like that again.

Relieved sigh. [As he sighs.]

[He settles down beside the couch.]

[ Hunter gently lies back down on the couch. He is stable but exhausted. ]

Dunno. I think - I think Belos just lost his shape over the centuries because he ate too many palismen souls. No idea what’s up with yours.

The weird ooze stuff doesn't really help much.

[Nothin about Krang though. He just assumes 'aliens' covers it.]

Ugh. It's the worst. I'm already in high stress situations, why assault my sense of touch too? [He sighs, leaning his head against the armrest of the couch as he kneeks beside the couch.]
