[ Both blonds look up at that. Guard still looks pale and weak, sprawled on the ground and exhausted, but Hunter looks much stronger than he did when he was drowning in the muck. He’s still faintly glowing with residual ninpo.

Hunter levers himself up with a gold staff topped with a set of cardinal wings. Not Flapjack; more of a fusion with the artificial staff design. ]

[ A groan from Guard. ]

Okay well Guard is super sore after all of that, but he’s not hurt.

[Relief. He's relieved they're both all right.

He smiles as they approach, nudging Donnie a little.]

Good, I'd be mad if we went through all that and you got hurt anyway.

[Calling him out on his affection desires. Rude.]

[So he will stumbled forward, looking them over, before pulling Hunter into a hug.]

[ Oh. Hugs are good. Hunter gladly hugs Donnie right back, then looks at Leo. ]

[That gets one blink before he smiles a little and gets right on in there. Hugs for his brothers.]

[ Guard groans from the ground. ]

[Guess who's floppin down. And gets one of Guard's arms over his shoulder to start lifting him to sit up.]

[Donnie will help in these efforts, helping pull Hunter down to meet Leo and Guard halfway up.]

[ The two grimwalkers wind up sandwiched between the turtle brothers, Guard scowling and Hunter just a bit shy about it. Both are pleased, though.

Hunter speaks up. ]

Yeah. It was - awful in there. Not being able to break out or do anything to stop him.

[Hahaaaa can't hide that pleased feeling from him, Guard, no one can resist a turtlepile hug.]

[Donnie's been scowling in turtlepiles for years, Guard really can't compete.]

Guard, do you mind robo Raph staying here until I pass out? Just in case there's more trouble. In theory, I could feel it if he goes out before I sleep.
