We do. And that's why I've got our schedule cleared and completely closed until nine o'clock morning meeting.

[He could light the sun with that smile. Leo could fuel all of Donnie's security machines and the entire base with that smile Peter levels at him. He would bottle it up and use it any time someone needed something nice.

Right now, that's his. That smile is his alone to cherish. The way the corners of Peter's lips folds ad crinkle up, the way - when he really is feeling that joy, that happiness - the smile reaches Peter's deep dark beautiful eyes. Leo knows he would do anything he has to to protect it. Protect Peter.

He presses his lips to that same warm sensitive spot of Peter's wrist, holding his mouth there.]

Would you let me?

My hero. [He murmurs back, amazed as much as he is impressed by Leo being able to get that much time for them.

The flush returns with a vengeance. Peter laughs softly in turn, just drinking in the sight of his husband kissing his wrist.

A quiet intimacy they haven't really had in forever. Something Peter missed as much as he missed their more playful moments.

The feeling of Leo's lips staying there makes Peter shiver a little. It feels good, very good.]

I would. I will.

[He hums against the skin, feeling that vibration happening with a smile.] I'll take care of you, then.

[There are so many things he could do. That he wants to do. They have all night (he should be smart, he should be responsible, on the off chance something happens in the morning, they need to be rested-) and they both know how many rounds they could go before the war swept up all their thoughts and energy.

Leo trails his snout down, along the inside of Peter's forearm to his elbow, just barely touching the skin. Just reacquainting himself with Peter's skin again. Slow and steady.]

I'll make it good.

[heyunderoos]

I know you will. [He says this easily, belief there. He doesn't doubt Leo. He knows with time the two of them can actually have a good time.

Peter is definitely going a little redder now. He can't quite stop himself from feeling flushed.

His gaze focused on Leo, watching his careful ministrations. He readily yields to Leo, relaxed under his touch and attention.

For the moment, he can pretend they don't have bigger responsibilities to attend to tomorrow. Right now, this is their everything. There isn't a war, there isn't a need for them to be responsible for the remainder of New York's population or fighting aliens.

They are just Peter and Leo. That's all they need to be.]

Mm. Do you? [It's playful the way his tone lilts up at the end. Leo runs the edges of his sharp teeth against the skin. A tease. An offer, or a promise. Whatever Peter feels like.

But he kisses his way back up Peter's arm to his palm, his fingers. Kissing his fingertip so so gently. Like it's the most beautiful piece of art he's ever seen and he doesn't want to risk breaking it. He'll gladly take his time getting Peter wound up if it means he gets to lavish attention to him like this.]

Feels like I should prove it to make good on it before you know it. [He keeps kissing and mouthing at Peter's fingertips, his other hand tracing along Peter's middle feather light, from his hip to his belly.]

[Peter shivers openly at the teasing. He bites at his bottom lip slightly. Peter reaches out with his free hand to lay a hand against Leo's side. The moving mouth, the traveling hand...]

I feel like we have a pretty good track record to go off, baby. [He makes sure to side step the awkwardness of earlier in the day.] Not counting the times I fall off the bed or get stuck to the bed. We're not counting those.

[Leo could probably count some of those as victories. It isn't often Peter loses control of his ability to stick to surfaces.]

Oh, I dunno. Maybe we should. Some of them, at least.

[For once, Leo's glad Peter got here and settled in before him. It means Peter isn't wearing his binder and Leo can properly tease him with his fingertips just trailing along the fabric of his pajamas. Not before he takes Peter's pointer finger between his teeth, carefully putting pressure on it. Not full on biting, but enough Peter can feel it.]

Uh-huh, which ones-? [He questions back, unable to stop himself from squirming somewhat. The ghost of Leo's trailing touch is already making Peter's nipples start to harden a little under the fabric of his shirt. It is hard to miss given the fabric isn't particularly thick.

The pressure of the not quite a bite just adds to it quite a bit.

Peter is trying to remind himself to be patient. They actually have time for once.]

[He can tell. Leo can feel it the way Peter's muscles tense and jump at his touches, can almost smell the beginnings of it on him. Peter's already getting warm enough Leo can feel it radiating off him. He wants more of that, more of that warmth both on and around him. Time, though. A little time, a little patience will make it feel even better.

With that reaction, Peter squirming, Leo hums against his fingertip again before taking that finger between his lips to mouth at it gently before letting it go, kissing down his palm again. His hand on Peter's middle settles to stroking just under his chest line, following the outline of Peter's chest through the fabric. Not quite putting any pressure, not being firm with anything. Just light enough Peter can feel it.]

I think the ones I definitely drove you crazy.

Might have to enlighten me on those ones again. [Peter exhales softly, trying to banter, but obviously distracted.

How light everything is, well, it's doing a fair job of making Peter squirmy. Having amplified senses means he's finding it hard to focus on anything but those teasing feelings. The continual teasing across his chest does a good job of making his nipples harden completely through the fabric of his shirt.

Peter has always been easy to tease and that hasn't changed with age.

His grip tightens a little where his hand has stayed against Leo's side. He moves his fingers lightly across Leo's side, dipping against the space where shell and plastron connect.]

Well. There was that one - [He starts, kissing up Peter's bicep. The warm skin there, soft and muscular is hot as hell as far as Leo's concerned. And with no other peanut gallery, his opinion is the one that matters here. And right now, his opinion is he wants to make Peter squirm more. He trails his fingertip to the center of Peter's chest, just between his breasts... before trailing down his middle center. No real goal or any specific spot in mind, except to make Peter whine for more.] That one time you got your hands stuck to the headboard. That was a pretty winning situation if you ask me.

[Which, Peter is. He gets to where the fabric of Peter's sleeve starts and stares at it considering. Wondering... His hand that's been holding Peter's wrist trails down his arm now, gently slipping just under the edge of the fabric and starts shifting it further up. More bicep for Leo to mouth at, play-bite at the skin.]

[If Leo is seeking any heat, he can find so much of it radiating off of Peter's face.

The lingering attention along his arm, and his bicep is making him just go redder. Peter hasn't had this kind of lingering attention in a long while. The hand drifting across his chest to his torso is just as distracting as everything else.

He lazily drags his fingers along Leo's side, trying to play at being casual, though he's clearly squirming from his husband's continued ministrations. The biting makes him exhale a little sharply.]

I don't know if winning is the word to use, considering you had to peel me off of it.

[neonleon]

[He mumbles against his skin.] No, I'd consider that a win for me. [Peeling Peter off the headboard, holding him close to Leo's front... It was a good time, he remembers. He kisses at the spot he almost-bit again letting himself linger there.]

Thennnnn there was that time you stuck to me. [What a time that was. He chuckles to himself at the memory of it before mouthing at his arm again, carefully taking a bit of skin between his sharp canines and closes gentle pressure around it. Just to taste.]

[Peter is trying to not squirm as much, but the way he bunches up on himself, legs curling up is enough of a giveaway. His nails scratch lightly at Leo's side, trying to show his approval.

You're lucky you're thick skinned, or that would be less funny. [Those protective qualities meant Leo could laugh off the feeling with little issue.

Peter groans softly at the light near bite. The mouthing evolving into something is making him quietly vocal at least.]

[He eyes Peter at that noise. Good. Perfect. More of that... He puts a little more tension on the bite, just threatening to break skin before releasing, pressing a soft kiss to the spot seeing the marks. He knows they'll heal up quickly. One day he'll beat that healing factor of his husband's. He rests his hand open palm on Peter's stomach and breathes in deep against his arm.]

I'd probably still think it's funny anyway. A little harrowing, maybe, but still funny. [He remembers one of those first times they were still kids, figuring each other out. Finding out what made the other squirm, what made each other groan and cry out. Not for the first time, Leo wishes he was... softer. Less hard shell and carapace, and more skin. He wishes he could feel what Peter's fingers against his back would feel like, their fronts rubbing against each other.

No. No, no thinking about that right now. Right now is Peter. The hand on his stomach strokes gently down, sliding up the bottom of Peter's shirt, fingertips brushing against his bare stomach now.]

Probably a good thing you can't shoot webs out of you, huh.

[The fact he doesn't break skin just makes Peter whine softly. He bites the inside of his cheek again, trying to be mindful of how noisy he gets.]

Harrowing feels like the right word for it. Let's hope we don't hit a full-body stick. [He breathes out quietly in a passing joke.

He can't help but shiver again at the feeling of Leo's hand against his bare stomach. He wants to peel his shirt off, but Leo kind of has one of his arms all tied up.

He laughs a bit too loudly at that. Leo can likely feel the laugh raditing through Peter.] Oh my god- yeah. Be thankful I'm not poisonous either, I'm sure I would've gotten you by now with how much I bite you.

[That laughter is everything to him. Leo rakes his claws gently over the skin of Peter's stomach (and he can tell he needs to file them down soon, almost too sharp) trying to get a reaction again. Thinking about Peter stuck to him, Leo inside him while stuck to him-

Leo's own breath catches a little at that, the first sign that Leo's feeling that tug pulling down at him. It never took much for Leo to drop down, but he's trying to hold it in for now. Patience. Focus in hearing Peter's breath and laughter.]

I dunno. Could probably have put a test to Draxum's whole 'create a perfect warrior' thing, maybe I'm immune?

[heyunderoos]

[He groans softly at the claws raking across his exposed stomach. He wants to feel his husband so badly. His claws, his teeth, the weight of him against Peter completely.

He snorts a little. Just scratching his nails teasingly against Leo's side, letting his hand drift lower.] I feel like we would have noticed at least something by now, Leo. You suddenly getting loopy while mid-fuck would have definitely told us something about how poisonous I was.

[neonleon]

...Okay but now I'm thinking about it.

[There's a hint of a joke in his tone, even as Peter's hand wanders now. It'd be easy to start now. But no, he wants to make this matter. He wants to make a show of it, only for Peter. He's come to an impasse of the fabric over Peter's arm... and decides to move a little higher, nudging the sleeve lower to press a warm kiss at his shoulder.]

Could be fun. I'd be a lot more relaxed. [Which is something they strive for these days. For either of them to fully relax, always on edge and waiting for anyone to show up.

Not that it's a concern tonight. Despite Leo having done a lot of work and taken all the precautions he can so they aren't interrupted, there's still the chance an actual real emergency may happen. Some part of his back-burner-brain is still alert. No matter how soft and warm Peter's skin is under his touch. Leo keeps up the little light scratching at his husband's stomach as he starts kissing his way agonizingly slowly up his shoulder to that sensitive spot right at his collarbone Leo knows drives him insane.]

Now you're making me wish I was poisonous so I could get you mildly high. [Peter answers with a slightly amused sound. His hand continues to drift, intending to make a grab at Leo's ass if he can.

He almost offers to take off his shirt when Leo's mouth starts moving again across Peter's shoulder. Paired with the light scratching it draws goosebumps to the surface of his skin. This much attention just makes his eyes close for a moment. The attention feels good, making the brunette shiver slightly.

He blows out a short breath, trying to remind himself to not get impatient.
Actually taking their time feels strange now.

Once Leo actually gets close to his collarbone, Peter shifts a little bit, exposing more of it as an unspoken invitation.]

[Leo pauses when he feels that shift from Peter. His lips lift up in a little smile at the offer, leaning in to nose at his skin. It helps with Peter's reach as well, feeling what he's trying to grab at.]

Oh my god. If you could do that, and we could use it -[Wait no don't start thinking about larger distribution for medical pain and procedures, not like this. Leo presses his whole face against Peter's neck laughing to himself a little. A bit of humor before he kisses this touch of skin where his lips fell.]

You should tell me what you want.

[heyunderoos]

[Peter snorts again at Leo's line of thought. He offers a little logic, whilst running his fingers further down Leo's side towards his ass.] We don't even know if I'm poisonous in the first place, Leo. The only person I bite is you.

So far, you've been pretty content kissing me. [He teases a little breathily back as Leo's lips make contact against his neck.

His hand makes contact with Leo's behind, giving it a squeeze before moving to fondle his tail.]

Take my shirt off. More access.

[neonleon]

And it'll stay that way. [A little possessive? Sure. Leo figures he's allowed with his husband and all. But his hum shifts into a low muffled groan with the squeeze to his ass, and then the tail attention. His tail flexes in Peter's hand before relaxing, being all pliable and easy to handle.]

Anything for you, babe. [One more kiss to that collarbone before Leo moves, sitting up to his knees still just next to Peter, shifting one leg between his husband's. It's only with a small pang of regret that he lets go of Peter's hand to start sliding his shirt up, both hands slow-slowly gliding up Peter's sides, giving just faint teases of touching anything sensitive. He loves Peter, body and all, always takes the time to appreciate every bit of him. Always wanting to take care, always wanting to be mindful. He gets all the fabric bunched up to Peter's chest and leans down to press a soft kiss to his stomach.] Just like that, right?

[The brunette groans a little at the kiss to the collarbone. Leo could probably drive him nuts by focusing there for a good while.

Peter does shift again to make the shirt removal easier, even if he loses access to his husband's behind and tail.

Initially he releases another amused hum at Leo's methods, before it rolls into a groan. The teasing continues, and the goosebumps along his skin become more prominent. The hair on his arms stands on end along with it.

He squirms again against the sheets. He bites his bottom lip a little as he gazes down at his husband. He has to drink in the sight of Leonardo just leaning over him. His lips pressed against his stomach. The gentle cold scratch of scales sends a small thrill through the brunette.

Sometimes, its hard not to think about where they were before. How grand of a shift time had on both of them.

Leonardo is a strong presence, lean muscle having shifted to something sturdier with time. Strong but careful, practiced movements and trained precision that lay under a careful veneer of cheerfulness.

Though these days its responsibility that weighs over him far heavier than anything else.

He's always gorgeous to Peter. He always will be.]

[Leo catches Peter's eyes and watches him... watching Leo. It's a Moment TM that he'll treasure for a while when the fighting and shouting and death pick back up after tonight. He'll cradle that vision in his mind for months, maybe a couple years, to come.

Some small part of him misses being Peter's size. A little shorter, a lot leaner. But with war is necessity, and things change. They changed. An unfortunate requirement of not only growing up, but growing up like this.

Leo sits up a little to inspect his work.] Hm. Do hate to half-ass my own work. [Leo reaches one hand to carefully, barely moving, shift Peter's shirt up a little more, palm brushing against his breast.] That better?
