Luz chances a hand to Hunter's shoulder, sure and reassuring as she looks back at the smouldering pile.]

Hunter reluctantly takes in deep breaths, counting to 4 like Gus recommended. ]

[She looks at the whole group, at Darius close by watching. Then smiles at Hunter.]

"We all know what to look out for now. So we can all keep an eye out."

[ He’s deflating again slowly. ]

[Something Luz and Leo have in common besides being weirdo outsiders who speak Spanish and use a three letter L-name, is that unending optimism. She smiles at him, eager to help with that.]

[Luz smiles a little more, moving to hug Hunter now that he's calmed down some from the anger.]

[ He nods, then. and just starts sobbing on Luz. ]

She hugs him still, rubbing his back some. Gonna be fine buddy ): Amity and Gus come closer with Darius to keep an eye out and make sure no one's just. Rubbernecking this whole situation.]

Eventually he draws back, still sniffling a little. ]

"Yeah... He's probably waiting for you." [She tries to smile a little and hands him off to Darius. He mostly just sounds tired. This has been so much of a whirlwind since they found that turtle demon.]

"Come on, Hunter. Let's go see if your fiancé is still in one piece."

[ Sorry Darius. Hunter leans a little closer to him. ]

[Humor still gets lost on the little prince, it seems. But he'll walk with Hunter to the university healing wing, let him go in and wait at the door.

Leo's back in the same room he was in before when he showed up. A little paler, a lot tired. A few healers are still there with him talking to him while Lucky sits perched on his lap in the bed. He doesn't hear Hunter coming up though. Just trying to focus on what's being said.]

[The healers look at Hunter before moving to let him come in.]

I think they're just finishing up.

[ Hunter hurries to his side then, looking him over. ]

How - how do you feel?

Tired? Kinda wrung out, honestly.

That's all? ... Does it hurt?

Um. [He looks up at the nearest nurse who nods.] Not really? They did something that helped with the pain.

Oh, yeah. There's different healing spells that can do that. Kinda like pain relieving medications.

[ He pulls up a chair to sit in. ]

[But with Hunter this close, he moves his hand to hold out for him. Lucky makes a little noise and curls up against Leo's stomach nuzzling in.]

[ Hunter gladly reaches out to take it. ]
