That weird temple wasn't good, but it wasn't the worst. Not by far now that he's back in this dimension. He floats a bit aimlessly, body broken, shell cracked and falling apart, some bones and insides shattered. His head aches in a way that he can't think.

All he can really do is hope Prime doesn't find him immediately right now. The light off his ring catches his eye and he looks at it, not fully registering that it's lit up.

Mmkay well I missed that Hunter, but I like the Hunter I met.

[ Hunter pinks at that. ]

[ Hunter laughs and tucks his head under Leo's chin again. ]

[He smiles a little, settling with Hunter like that against him. He runs fingers through Hunter's hair; it's clear Leo is comfortable.]

[ Hunter desperately needs a haircut, but his hair is soft and nice. ]

[But he yawns big and comfortable, sort of settling around Hunter like this.]

[ He lets his eyes close too. ]

[Leo smiles at that. From now til whenever, feels fitting. He'll shift just so he can kiss Hunter softly, mindful of the scars around his face]

[ He laughs gently at that, staying close. ]

Do you mind if I sleep too?

Figured you were going to if I said anything or not.

[But Leo'll shift a little so they can lay comfortably together like this.]

[ Hunter leans, then. He'll transition to birb to make this easier soon but ... for now, it's nice to cuddle normally. ]

I should probably sleep in a bed eventually. I, uh. Haven't actually told Darius about the palisman thing.

You should do that. [Already sounding like he's five seconds away from sleeping already.]

[ Not that he thinks Raine or Darius would so much as harm a hair on his head, but Belos would 100% have cracked Hunter open at some point if he was a palisman. ]
